Comment: This camera is compatable with every version of XP except x64. This is a problem. Also, the bundled software is slow, ineffichent and designed to work only with microsoft's mesaging systems.

The USB only connection is good, but the supporting software is not.

Comment: I bought this in good faith after reading the reviews on Amazon but when trying to use skype and testing the device it was deemed not be supported by Skype!! This is very confusing to someone who has never used a webcam before. Amazon were prompt in allowing me to return the product with a full refund but then that gave me the hassle and no webcam to use. Not very happy!

Summary: Great camera but not for laptops
Comment: All functions work great. We got this for skype and it was just load software, plug into USB and we were away.
Only little problem is that the base is a stand for putting on a table or monitor and does not 'clip' on to a laptop. We move the camera a lot anyway but it waould be nice if it clipped in place.
