It's pretty and well designed but much smaller in real life. Actually the heart pendant on the end is only about the size of my thumbnail. So the necklace is good value for money. However I ordered it for a quick delivery (1-2 days) but found it came three and a half weeks late, only after I contacted them! This was most annoying as it was a birthday present!
