Microsoft Office 2007 Home and Student Edition--for purchase with PC Hardware only, 3 Users (PC) User Reviews:
|
Customer Rating: Summary: Office 2007 with free 2010 Comment: Office 2007 was installed and verified by Microsoft then when I went to use it the 2010 version loaded. This has to be the most user friendly office package sold by Microsoft. And I would give it 10/10 for the easy update to the latest version as well.
Customer Rating: Summary: 21st Century Office Comment: This version looks very different to 2003 which I was using before. It takes a little getting used to but I feel that it is easier once you have become familiar with it.
Customer Rating: Summary: Microsoft Office 2007 Comment: The new version of Microsoft Office has proved easy to use with so many additional features making it simple to operate even for occasional users like myself. Even when you are knocking on the door of 70 there is no need to be afraid of innovation, especially when it proves so user friendly.
Customer Rating: Summary: Toy Town. Comment: I expect its all OK..
Its probably great if you've not used Office before but if you have its probably best to stick at 2003 otherwise you'll have to get used to losing half your screen to tool bar icons.
read the package too.. It dosn't include OUTLOOK so is it as good a deal as you think?
Customer Rating: Summary: Office 2007 Home & Student Edition Comment: Having purchased and used Office 2003 Professional for over six years, I was very annoyed when Microsoft suddenly decided that my copy was "not genuine", even though I had the holographed disk. I had registered the installation and Microsoft had (on numerous occasions) confirmed that it was genuine and had (during all this time) maintained it with the latest updates. During such a long period of use, one has, inevitably, entrusted a considerably amount of data to the program and have come to depend on it. NEVER AGAIN!!
My first action was to download and install Open Office, an excellent FREE program which can read and convert 99% of Microsoft Office files, in order to regain access to my files. I have been very satisfied with Open Office v.3 and use it out of preference. Just occasionally, I need to let someone else (who may not be so computer literate) have a copy of one of my files (almost always a spreadsheet or written document) and I could not expect them to install Open Office especially for that purpose. It was for this reason only that I purchased the program under review.
I have used Microsoft Word and Excel for well over twenty years as a business tool and have never had a problem that I could not handle, even though I sometimes had to seek expert advice. It is a pity that Microsoft think they are indispensable and have become too big for their boots!
My service from Amazon was courteous and speedy. I was informed when the product had been despatched and it arrived well packed and very promptly. 55555 Stars for Amazon!
