Comment: not to bad when used straight on ground floor windows but difficult to use on upstairs windows and especially hard if you have to use it at an angle.

Comment: I bought this product as I have trouble reaching some of my upstairs windows, but was very disappointed when I tried to use the item, as the head kept swivelling round which meant I was unable to use it effectively! If there was a locking mechanism to keep the head locked in place it would mean you could use it just fine, otherwise, quite disappointed! Sorry!

Summary: Pretty good, but a bit wobbly...
Comment: Alright, the pole is sturdy and the thing goes together quite easily BUT the cleaning head on my one doesn't screw onto the pole very securely, so it was a bit awkward to use. I might just have been unlucky. With that said it was a whole lot safer than clambering about on ladders and it did not too bad a job overall. I like that you can change the angle and direction of the cleaning head, makes getting into awkward corners easier. So rather than faff about returning the thing am just going to employ some duct tape and am sure that will do the trick. Incidentally, I also reversed the direction of the squeegee attachment, which made it way easier to use. You'll see what I mean when you order yours...

Comment: Good reach but another section would have been appreciated for extra reach. Main problem - the head which pushes onto the pole - swivels around making it awkward to use.
What about replacement soft heads? Will probably have to cut up some old towels.

Comment: After reading other reviews, had concerns, but wasnt expensive so thought I would give it a go. Really pleased I did, is perfect for reaching all upstairs windows and conservatory roof.
