Received my bag today. Very propmpt delivery and well packed. I suppose you get what you pay for and this bag unfortunately does look cheap. Quite shiny and therefore does look more plastic than leather. Good size but the handles are very short and therefore not a shoulder bag.

Comment: This bag perfectly matches my pink jacket and I can fill it with all the things I need to organise my life. The colour is striking and cheerful and it is well made with enough pockets to keep my stuff tidy so that I can get it out in a hurry.

Comment: I absolutely love this bag. It's big enough to take all my 'stuff', but not so big that you look like you're carrying around a suitcase. It will easily hold my milk, sandwiches and fruit that I take to work, plus the odd bit of shopping on the way home. But be warned... it is NOT a shoulder bag - the straps are too short to go over the shoulder. That's why I've only given it a four-star, not five-star rating. But once you accept that this is a HANDbag, you'll find you can't live without it.

Summary: PERFECT PLASTIC!
Comment: I bought this in teal.I love both the size and the style but 'faux leather' was a misleading term. It does not resemble leather at all, not even remotely and is VERY obviously VERY plastic, embarassingly so. Unfortunately I have been ill and am now out of time for returning it for a refund, alas.
